Corrections

Algebra: Jurnal Pendidikan, Sosial dan Sains publishes corrections for errors or omissions when the article remains substantially reliable.

1. When Corrections Apply

Correctable issues include inaccurate data labels, calculations, figures, author details, references, and disclosures. Errors undermining the findings require further assessment; a correction must not conceal unreliable conclusions.

2. Submitting a Request

Authors and readers should provide the article DOI, affected content, proposed amendment, and supporting explanation. Authors must promptly report significant errors.

3. Editorial Assessment

Editors assess the consequences and may seek author responses or independent advice. Necessary corrections do not depend solely on author agreement. Broader integrity concerns receive further examination.

4. Correction Notices

Notices identify the article, explain the amendment and its implications, and remain dated, accessible, and linked to the original publication.

Substantive changes must not be made silently. Minor technical changes may receive an administrative update or version note.

5. Author Name Changes

Name-change requests receive appropriate privacy safeguards, without unnecessary disclosure of personal history.
